I ship worldwide unless otherwise described in the product details. If you see an item that is marked *Shipping in North America, contact me to review a quotation for shipping via a courier of your choice.

When one or more items are purchased, locating the inventory in our warehouse may take up to a week. The larger the order, the more time it will take. Our goal is to have the item shipped, with tracking number sent to you, within 7 days.

Items chosen to be shipped via Letter mail (i.e.: think magazines, stamps, cards, etc.), we do our best to add sturdy shipping materials to prevent folding but CANNOT guarantee that the way the post office use machine processing for letter mail won't bend/fold the item in shipment. If you are concerned about this, please choose the Flat Rate box or Tracked/Small packet options.

Items with a total value of over $100 will need to include additional insurance. Any adjustments will be made after your payment, with a follow up invoice for the additional Insurance adjustment

We offer combined shipping, however at this point you may be required to pay shipping for all items as individual items. If this happens, rest assured that once I package and ship, your order will be reimbursed back to the ship rate for the single item as long as it is under weight. Otherwise the item will be packed for General Parcel, weighed and shipped and the appropriate amount reimbursed. 

We try to use collector grading and generally are reluctant to use the As New designation. Please review the description of each item for any comment to validate/describe any elements of the condition.

All of our items are shipped As-Is. We do our best to ship well packed to prevent any damage to items. If you need special order support, contact me to discuss your other options. Any returned order does not include reimbursement of shipping costs, not cost of returning item to us. Item must be received in same condition sent. Damaged items will need to first comply with a claim through the shipping company.

In-person pick up arrangements can be made to meet in Duncan/North Cowichan area.
