Interesting (unproven) information: A search of this name brings up the story of Sarah Jacob (often written as Sarah Jacobs), famously known as the "Welsh Fasting Girl" who clained that claimed that she had consumed absolutely no food or drink for over two years. She became a national celebrity, attracting religious pilgrims, tourists, and intense press coverage. Is this the same person? probably not.
